Terms and Conditions

  • This offer is only valid for players who have never made a deposit on Chanz.
  • You are eligible for one bonus per Campaign, and one bonus per Chanz account which shall mean no more than one bonus per user, IP address, computer device, family, residential address, telephone number, credit or debit card and/or e-payment account, e-mail address, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.).
  • A minimum deposit of 100kr is required to claim the bonus.
  • You need to make a deposit of 100kr in order to receive the cash bonus. Example: If you make a deposit of 500 kr., then you will not receive any cash bonus.
  • The maximum bonus awarded on the 1st deposit bonus is 100 kr, which is credited instantly after deposit.
  • The deposit amount must be wagered a minimum of 10 times which must be met within 60 days, before the cash is credited. Example: If you deposit 100 kr and get 100 kr in bonus, you need to wager for 1 000 kr. to complete the wagering requirement.
  • There are no wagering requirements on the cash bonus.
  • If you wish to cancel the Welcome Bonus, please immediately contact Customer Support. Please note that a bonus cannot be removed if you have made any bets when having an active bonus.
  • A bonus can only be cancelled in case no bets were placed with the bonus funds or deposit required. Once gameplay starts, the wagering requirements have to be fulfilled.
  • Only bets placed on slot games will contribute towards the wagering requirements. Bets placed on certain slot games will not be permitted while completing the wagering requirement. When opening a game which is not permitted, you will get the message that the game is excluded from the bonus campaign you take part in and can`t be played while completing the wagering requirement. Please try another game.
