General Casino Bonus terms

• You are eligible for one bonus per Campaign, and one bonus per Chanz account which shall mean no more than one bonus per user, IP address, computer device, family, residential address, telephone number, credit or debit card and/or e-payment account, e-mail address, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.).
• A minimum deposit of €20 / 200kr is required to claim any deposit or reload bonus.
• All deposit and free money bonuses will expire after 30 days.
• Bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the bonus.
• The Welcome bonus package and refer a friend bonus is not available for players from Poland, Mexico and Paraguay.
• The maximum bonus awarded is €100 unless otherwise stated.
• Unless otherwise specified, a bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 35 times which must be met within 30 days, before the bonus, amount of deposit contributed to claim the bonus and winnings can be withdrawn. For 150% (or above) bonuses have to be wagered 40 (forty) times, 200% (or above) bonuses have to be wagered 45 (Forty Five) times.
• If you wish to cancel a bonus, please immediately contact Customer Support. Please note that a bonus cannot be removed if you have made any bets when having an active bonus.
• Only bets placed on slot games will contribute towards the wagering requirements of the deposit bonuses. Bets placed on certain games will not be permitted while playing with Real or Bonus Money when having an active bonus. When opening a game which is not permitted, you will get the message that the game is excluded from the bonus campaign you take part in and can`t be played with bonus money. Please try another game.
• The maximum bet per each slot spin that you can place until your wagering requirements have been fulfilled for a active bonus, is €2.00 / 20kr. Any game winnings won with bets placed above the maximum bet, will be removed.
• When playing with a bonus, you will after completing the wagering requirements only be allowed a maximum withdrawal of five hundred Euro (€500) in total, regardless of the total amount won. The remaining winnings will be forfeited.
• A player that never made a successful deposit prior to winning will only be allowed a maximum withdrawal of two hundred and fifty Euro (€250) in total, regardless of the total amount won. The remaining balance will be forfeited.
• Casino bonuses can only be cancelled in case no bets were placed with the bonus funds or deposit required. Once gameplay starts, the wagering requirements have to be fulfilled.
• The winnings generated from Free Spins are credited as Real money. No wagering requirement is applied. However. when receiving free spins require a deposit, the free spin winnings must be wagered a minimum of 35 (thirty-five) times within 30 days, before the amount of deposit contributed to claim the free spins and any winnings from deposit or free spins can be withdrawn.
• If not otherwise stated free spins given in relation to any offer must be used within seven days of the free spins being credited.
• Chanz reserves the right to cancel or withdraw a promotional offer as well as changing the criteria for using the offer at any time, regardless of any information given in conjunction with any bonus offer.
