Terms and Conditions
- You are eligible for one bonus per Campaign, and one bonus per Chanz account which shall mean no more than one bonus per user, IP address, computer device, family, residential address, telephone number, credit or debit card and/or e-payment account, e-mail address, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.).
- Exactly 200kr is required to claim the deposit bonus.
- The deposit amount must be wagered a minimum of 10 (ten) times which must be met within 60 days, before the bonus, amount of deposit contributed to claim the bonus and winnings can be withdrawn.
- If you wish to cancel the Welcome Bonus, please immediately contact Customer Support. Please note that a bonus cannot be removed if you have made any bets when having an active bonus.
- A bonus can only be cancelled in case no bets were placed with the bonus funds or deposit required. Once gameplay starts, the wagering requirements have to be fulfilled.
- Only bets placed on slot games will contribute towards the wagering requirements of the deposit bonuses. Bets placed on certain games will not be permitted while playing with Real or Bonus Money when having an active bonus. When opening a game which is not permitted, you will get the message that the game is excluded from the bonus campaign you take part in and can`t be played with bonus money. Please try another game. Breaking this rule can result in any associated winnings with initial deposit or bonus money may be voided.
- The maximum bet per each slot spin that you can place until your wagering requirements have been fulfilled for an active bonus, is 20kr. Any game winnings won with bets placed above the maximum bet, will be removed.
- A player that never made a successful deposit prior to winning will only be allowed a maximum withdrawal of two hundred and fifty Euro (€250) in total, regardless of the total amount won. The remaining balance will be forfeited.
