You are eligible for one bonus per Campaign, and one bonus per Chanz account which shall mean no more than one bonus per user, IP address, computer device, family, residential address, telephone number, credit or debit card and/or e-payment account, e-mail address, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.).
The bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 35 (thirty-five) times which must be met within 30 days, before the bonus, amount of deposit contributed to claim the bonus and winnings can be withdrawn. For 150% (or above) bonuses have to be wagered 40 (forty) times, 200% (or above) bonuses have to be wagered 45 (Forty Five) times.
If you wish to cancel the Welcome Bonus 1, 2, 3 and 4, please immediately contact Customer Support. Please note that a bonus cannot be removed if you have made any bets when having an active bonus.
Only bets placed on slot games will contribute towards the wagering requirements of the deposit bonuses. Bets placed with on the following games will not be permitted while playing with Real or Bonus Money when having an active bonus: All Table Games, Live Casino Games and Video Poker. Breaking this rule can result in any associated winnings with initial deposit or bonus money may be voided.
The maximum bet per each slot spin that you can place until your wagering requirements have been fulfilled for a active bonus, is €5.00 / 50kr. Any game winnings won with bets placed above the maximum bet, will be removed.
The Free Spins on sign-up are only available for players from Norway, Sweden and Finland.
You must play through your deposit at least once before playing with the Free Spins. For example, if you deposit €20 you will need to first wager €20.
